How do I get Pci Graphics Card to work in a Dell gx110?

The motherboard has integrated graphics, but upgraded to a geforce 6200. The splash screen comes up when connected to the Pci Card, but then freezes. I can then switch the monitor over to the integrated slot and can see the login screen from there. The power supply has been upgraded to run the card, so no problem there. BIOS settings are switched from integrated to auto and all drivers have been installed in windows. Please someone tell me how to get this card working properly.

If you can boot in safe mode, remove the videocard from the device manager and reboot normally and re-install the drivers. Make sure that you do not push the output of the video card to a greater setting than the monitor can support.
