HELP,Which one is better or reliable hard drive?

i bought 1 (Seagate) and 2 (Western Digital)hard dive,just thinking should i have change to 3 or 4(Western Digital)?
is both 1 and 2 hard drive much much slower than 3 or 4 ?or ok?which one reliable?

These days there is not that much difference in the units other than the label on the outside. It’s a matter of how large of a drive, how much speed and type of interface you really need and how much money you want to spend.

I use to work in the electronic manufacturing industry there are a lot of the electronics that are made in the same manufacturing plant just different cases and labels go on the outside.

Personally I like both Western Digital and Seagate. I have used both for years, both seem equally reliable at least as far as internal drives.

If for some reason you wanted to set up disk or file mirroring over a solid network it would be easier with some software packages if all the drives are identical.

I know that doesn’t really answer your question but you have made reasonable choices with the drives and with good care they should all last a long time.
