How the hell do i do this nobody can answer this?
Computer help plz i need help?
i dont know how to do this need step by step instructions on how to do this
HP Omnibook XE3-GF and Pavilion N5xxx/XHxxx-GF
Windows XP and Windows 2000 Intel(R) 830MG Video Driver Installation
Some Hewlett-Packard notebooks are equipped with the Intel(R) 830MG Video controller
hardware. These units are the HP Omnibook XE3-GF and Pavilion N5xxx/XHxxx-GF.
These systems have a BIOS version of the form GF.Mx.xx.
The BIOS version can be seen at power up, or on the first page of the
setup screen.
Installing the Driver:
----------------------
1. Go to the HPDRIVERSWXPUPDATEVIDEOINTEL subdirectory and run SETUP.EXE.
2. Click on Next to continue the installation,
3. Click on Yes if you agree to the Intel(R) License Agreement
4. Click Finish to reboot the computer and complete the installation process.
If your installing the driver the instructions need to be followed just as you pasted on here unless your have an installation disk that came with your video driver. It would tell you step by step. Unfortunately it would be easier if I could do it for you instead of typing you how to. Since I don't own a HP I can't fake it (act like I'm installing) and tell you that way. But I can tell you the HPDRIVERSWXPUPDATEVIDEOINTEL are folders in your computer and each one needs to be opened in that order. Again easier if I could see your computer. But go to your startup button, bottom left corner, and then click on computer, then double click on C: Drive. Your first folder you need to find is HP. It could be there or in your program files double click program files if you don't see it already. But you have to find the HP folder first and when you do then double click it then find the DRIVERS folder which would be in the HP folder then so on and so on, double click the WXP folder, then UPDATE folder, VIDEO folder, and then INTEL folder. In the Intel folder should be a file named setup.exe, double click it then you should just have to follow the steps 2 through 4 that you pasted on here. Hopefully that's what your trying to do and I helped. If you have to mess with the Bios screen I suggest finding professional help, little changes in that can screw things up! I don't mess with that at all unless I know EXACTLY what to do! If this did not answer the question enough you may have to find someone you know that is good at computers and can get on your computer and figure it out or take it somewhere like best buy but be prepared they charge heavily even for easy easy things! Good Luck.
