Flash Drive?

I have a 4gb USB Flash drive. Is it possible to load a program such as Photoshop to it..and operate on another computer?...
I have copied the Photoshop files to the flash drive, but it still will not work. Any Ideas?

Well, I have loaded mozilla firefox, thunderbird, and a heap of other programs onto my flash drive and they worked. I have even heard of people putting entire operating systems on them (try searching for 'mac on a stick').

So, if you can fit the program on, my guess is that it will work.
