I wonder if most new graphics cards are equipped with an emissary for a friend told me to do?
When you buy a retail video card (in a box with software and cables) with a DVI connector majority of the time, it comes with a DVI to VGA. I have not had a box retail which came without one but ... but I have not seen the contents of the box and everyone 
odds for the card though
