How to change from Apple Mac onto the Windows ?

I am using a Apple Mac computers in my college . However we are working on Windows and are using a Apple mac screens to do work. But often when I am entering the class all computers are whiched onto Mac and i cannot figure out how to switch them onto Windows and it is doing my headache .
I saw a couple of people pressing some buttons but i cannot figure out which ones.
Any ideas ?

Restart the computer and hold down Option (alt) as it boots up. You'll get the Option to boot off of Macintosh HD or Boot Camp. Choose Boot Camp.
